Rum Coffee

Rum Coffee, or Rum Mocha as it’s also called, fits perfect it you want to serve something different, perhaps as a desert. You can use some other kind of rum, but we recommend that you use one from Puerto Rico.

Ingredients

  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Crushed ice
  • 60 ml Puerto Rico rum
  • Strong coffee

Preparation

Put a couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream and some spoons of crushed ice into a glass. Add rum and fill with strong coffee. Stir for a while. Serve with a straw and spoon.
